Soaps....

So I wanted to share some of my favorite soaps I've done in the last couple weeks for GO. Enjoy!

S: 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 Be on the alert, stand firm int the faith, act like men, be strong, let all that you do be done in love.

O: Always be alert for things which may tempt us or cause us to do wrong. Stand firm in our beliefs. When we do things, do them with love; Not with hate or anything else..

A: Watch out for things which could tempt me. Stand firm in my beliefs and not let anyone make me doubt them. Use my actions/words for the right reasons.

P: Hey God, please help me to avoid tihngs which could distract me and cause me to waiver in my faith. Let me use my actions and words for Your glory. In Your name I pray, Amen.

S: 2 Corinthians 4:8 We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing.

O: We are beaten down by things but we aren't crushed because we have hope in Christ. We have questions and worries but we know God will answer them. Non-Christians don't have that.

A: Remember I can always find hope in Jesus. Share that hope with others.

P:. Hey God, please help me to remember You are always my hope. Help me to be able to share that hope with others. In Your name I pray, Amen.

S: 2 Corinthians 5:7 . . .for we walk by faith, not by sight.

O: We trust God without even seeing Him. We know he is there because we have faith.

A: Don't live by sight. Follow god blindly, trusting in Him completely.

P: Hey god, please help me to not live by sight, but by faith. Help me to seek Your direction in all situations. In Your name I pray, Amen.
(Yes, Jeremy Camp wrote a song called Walk by Faith :D )

S: 2 Corinthians 6: 16 For we are the temple of the living God.

O: Christians are a living temple for God. So we should take care of ourselves for Him.

A: Live as a temple for God-Keeping myself healthy, pure, and being an example of God.

P: Hey God, please help me to be a living temple for You. Help me honor You in everything I do. In Your name I pray, Amen.

S: Psalm 66:12 We went through fire and through water. Yet thou didst bring us out into a place of abundance.

O: God takes us through hard times, but we come out of them stronger and with a greater appreciation of our Lord.

A: During tough times, let God lead me. Know I am learning something and after this I will be stronger.

P: Hey God, help me to let You lead me during tough times. I know that in the end I will come out stronger. In Your name I pray, Amen.
